Sorrento Memorial Hall is close to downtown. The hall is air conditioned; always refreshing on a hot August day. This is the same building that hosts the annual Shuswap Lake Festival of the Arts. |
|
|
DIRECTIONS - Sorrento is
located on the Trans-Canada Highway, 20 minutes west of Salmon Arm, and 50
minutes east of Kamloops. When you get close there will be plenty of signs
along the highway advertising the pottery sale. A local landmark is a
picturesque little church on the south side of the highway. The hall is on
the north side.
Traveling West - Go through town and turn right about 100 yards after the blinking amber. Traveling East - You'll see a highway sign marking Sorrento, 2 km. When you enter the 70/kmh speed zone, the hall is on your left. |
